Dear Diary,
Like I had promised I followed F’lahminn’s request. I returned to Ul’dah and made my way to the Arrzaneth Ossuary, the Thaumaturge’s Guild and pretended to be a new pupil.
When I entered through the doors of the guild it gave me just the creepy impression I always had of those dark magic freaks…. Having a giant statue standing in the middle of the hall….

Taking a deep breath I turned to the desk to tell the innocent looking lady there I would love to join their freakish sect. And she really accepted without any hesitation. The Guild Leader himself came to greet me. … a little bit too easy if you ask me. And of course my feeling was right. He already knew that F’lahminn would send someone to ask about the resurrection magic. I was exposed and nothing new came from it… bad luck I guess.
On the same day the funeral for Ascillia’s father was held. It was a lonely picture. The only person there who really had known him was his own daughter.

But I was surprised to spot Niel far off the crowd next to some pillars in the dark. Did he feel guilty or what….? F’lahminn also was there and I overheard a conversation with the Guild master.
He said the dark arts of them aren’t meant to bring back the dead. Bad news once again.
After the funeral guests had left again I returned to the Master Mumuepo. But he was not alone. Corguevais left in a big hurry as I came near. I wonder what his business there had been.

Mumuepo told me the same he had told F’lahminn. Bringing a dead person back to live is nothing that should be done. Just what I was saying all along! Let the dead sleep and everything will be fine.
On the other hand I felt bad about everything. There is no way to get the important information we would need from Warburton.
I guess we just need to find out ourselves. After the fruitless day i returned to Momodi to give her my report and order a drink or two. Once in a while not a bad thing.
